CSRA Labs is a service operated by LuxeShine Solutions LLC.

Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the CSRA Labs website and services. CSRA Labs (“CSRA Labs,” “we,” “us”) provides customer reactivation services to appointment-based businesses (“you,” “client”). By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

The service

CSRA Labs helps clients reconnect with their existing customers through compliant outreach, human-handled replies, and appointment booking support. We send messages on your behalf, have a person review and respond to replies, and help place appointments onto your calendar. Specific deliverables, pricing, and any performance commitments are as described in your order or agreement with us.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the contact lists you provide. You represent and warrant that:

  • you have collected your customers' contact information lawfully;
  • you must provide contact lists with proper consent — you have a documented business relationship with, and any consent required to contact, each person on a list you provide;
  • the information you provide is accurate; and
  • your use of the services complies with all applicable laws, including those governing marketing, email, and text messaging.

You will not use the services to contact anyone you are not permitted to contact, or to send unlawful, misleading, or harmful content.

Messaging compliance and opt-outs

We operate the messaging program with compliance safeguards, including honoring opt-outs, respecting quiet hours, and capping volume. You must not instruct us to contact anyone who has opted out, or ask us to override these safeguards. Opt-out and consent records are maintained as part of the service.

SMS / text messaging terms

By participating in a client’s messaging program, recipients may receive appointment, promotional, and follow-up messages from or on behalf of the client. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of further messages at any time. Reply HELP for help. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of any purchase. Message delivery is not guaranteed and is subject to carrier terms.

Fees

Fees, billing terms, and any guarantee are set out in your order or agreement with us. Unless stated otherwise there, fees are billed on the agreed schedule and are non-refundable except as expressly provided.

Intellectual property

The website, the services, and their content are owned by CSRA Labs or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the services for your business as permitted by these Terms. You retain ownership of your own data and content.

Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell personal information and use contact data only to provide the services.

Disclaimers

The services and website are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or will achieve any particular result.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CSRA Labs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues, arising out of or relating to the services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the services will not exceed the amount you paid us for the services in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You will indemnify and hold CSRA Labs harmless from claims, losses, and expenses arising out of the contact lists you provide, your instructions, or your breach of these Terms — including any claim that you lacked the required consent to contact a person on a list you provided.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “last updated” date above. Continued use of the services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
