Who we are
CSRA Labs (“CSRA Labs,” “we,” “us”) provides customer reactivation services to appointment-based businesses (“clients”). We help clients reconnect with their existing customers through compliant outreach, human-handled replies, and appointment booking support. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we handle, how we use it, and the choices available to you. By using our website or services, you agree to this policy.
Information we handle
- Client-provided contact data. To run a reactivation program, our clients provide contact information for their own past and current customers — typically name, phone number, and email address — along with the client’s attestation that it has a documented relationship and a lawful basis to contact them.
- Messaging and interaction data. When we send messages and handle replies on a client’s behalf, we process the content of those conversations, delivery and opt-out status, timestamps, and booking details.
- Website and inquiry data. If you visit our website or contact us — for example, to request an audit — we handle the information you provide, such as your name, email address, and message.
How we use information
We use personal information only to provide and operate our services, including to:
- send appointment, promotional, and follow-up messages on behalf of our clients;
- have a person review and respond to replies;
- schedule and confirm appointments and send reminders;
- maintain opt-out, consent, and compliance records; and
- operate, secure, support, and improve the service.
We use contact data only to provide these services. We do not use it for unrelated purposes.
We do not sell your information
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not rent or trade contact lists. Personal information is used solely to deliver services to the client that provided it.
Client responsibilities
Our clients are responsible for the contact lists they provide. Clients must provide contact lists with proper consent — they must have obtained the information lawfully and must have a documented business relationship with, and any consent required to contact, each person on a list. Clients direct whom we contact; we act on their behalf as a service provider and process personal information according to their instructions and this policy.
Text messaging
Where a client’s program includes text messaging, recipients may receive appointment, promotional, and follow-up messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out of further messages, and reply HELP for help. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of any purchase. Opt-out requests are honored promptly and recorded so that the recipient is not messaged again.
How we protect and retain information
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect personal information. We retain it for as long as needed to provide the services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Opt-out records are retained as needed to honor opt-outs on an ongoing basis.
Your choices and rights
You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you. Because we often process personal information on behalf of a client, we may direct your request to that client or ask you to contact them directly. Children's privacy
Our services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “last updated” date above. Continued use of our website or services after an update means you accept the revised policy.
